Where this course stops
It is not HAZWOPER, it does not qualify anyone as an emergency responder, and it does not include driver training under 49 CFR 177.816 or any CDL hazardous materials endorsement. It also does not, by itself, satisfy 172.704(a)(3)(ii) — training on the protective measures in place at your own facility, which only you can deliver. Specialized functions such as cargo tank filling, radioactive materials, explosives, bulk packagings and air shipments need training beyond this course. Full scope and limitations.
