The guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. If the course is not what you needed, write to hello@hazteamready.com within 30 days of the purchase and we will refund it.
The most common honest reason for a refund is that the buyer needed a different rule altogether — usually OSHA HAZWOPER rather than DOT hazmat training. We would rather refund that purchase than argue about it. Here is how to tell the two apart before you pay.
How each purchase type works
| Individual seat — $49 | Refundable within 30 days of purchase under the guarantee above. |
| Team packs — $220 / $390 | Refundable within 30 days of purchase. Seats do not expire, so if you bought more than you needed this year you do not have to refund them — the unused seats stay available for later hires. |
| Compliance plan — $99/mo | A monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The 30-day guarantee applies to the first charge. |
How the money comes back
Payments are processed by Stripe and we do not store card numbers. A refund is issued to the same card used for the purchase. Stripe usually returns the funds within five to ten business days, depending on your bank — that part is outside our control.
What the guarantee does not cover
Course materials, assessments and record templates are licensed to you for the internal training of your own employees. They may not be resold, redistributed or used to train third parties. A refund ends that licence: certificates and training records issued under a refunded purchase are withdrawn, and should not be presented as evidence of training afterwards.
