This policy describes how HazTeam Ready, operated by Henrych LLC ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information in connection with hazteamready.com and our training services.

1. Information we collect

• Buyer information: name, company name, email address, billing address and tax ID, collected at checkout.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Employee training data: employee names, preferred language, course progress, test scores, completion dates and the resulting certificates and training records, provided by the employer for the purpose of delivering the training.
• Usage data: standard analytics and advertising measurement data (pages visited, conversions) collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Google Ads tag.

2. How we use it

• To deliver courses, issue certificates and generate the training records required by 49 CFR 172.704(d).
• To send renewal reminders and service communications.
• To process payments, invoices and refunds through Stripe.
• To measure advertising performance (Google Ads conversion tracking).

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the Services — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting, and advertising measurement (Google) — and when required by law. Training records are shared with the purchasing employer, who is their intended custodian.

4. Retention

Training records are retained so employers can meet the record-keeping periods of 49 CFR 172.704(d) (duration of employment plus 90 days). Buyer and billing records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use the Google tag to measure visits and purchases originating from our ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact us at hello@hazteamready.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
