These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website hazteamready.com and the training services offered on it ("Services"). HazTeam Ready is a brand operated by Henrych LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Services you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.
1. The Services
We provide online hazardous-materials training courses in English and Spanish, knowledge assessments, completion certificates, employee training records, and (under the Compliance plan) ongoing tracking of training expiration dates and renewal reminders.
2. Important compliance disclaimer
- HazTeam Ready is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), PHMSA, or any government agency.
- Our courses are designed to support compliance with the training requirements of 49 CFR 172.704. Under federal law, the employer remains solely responsible for the training, testing and certification of its hazmat employees, including determining that each employee receives function-specific training applicable to his or her actual duties.
- Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. Specialized operations may require training beyond the scope of our courses.
3. Accounts, seats and delivery
Single-employee purchases receive course access immediately after checkout, both on the confirmation page and by email. The course is self-paced and completion time varies by learner; it may be paused and resumed. The completion certificate and the training record are made available for download as soon as the assessment is passed, so a purchase made today can be completed and documented the same day.
Training packs include a fixed number of employee seats. After purchase, we contact you by email to collect employee names and language preferences and to deliver course access to each employee. Certificates and training records are issued as each employee passes the assessment (80% or higher; retakes included). Seats do not expire.
4. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Training packs are one-time purchases and the seats do not expire. The Compliance plan is a monthly subscription that provides the compliance dashboard, record storage and renewal alerts for up to 10 active employees, and includes two (2) employee trainings per calendar month; unused monthly trainings do not roll over. Additional trainings may be purchased separately. The plan renews automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property
All course materials, assessments, record templates and site content are the property of the Company and are licensed to you for the internal training of your employees only. They may not be resold, redistributed or used to provide training to third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for fines, penalties or enforcement actions imposed on the employer by any regulator.
7. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. We may update these Terms; the version published on this page applies.
